How can I capture my loved ones prints?

If you are requiring a kit to be sent out urgently, please ensure you select this option at checkout and your kit will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This will enable you to capture your loved ones precious prints. There is no obligation to purchase jewellery following your purchase of a kit, but, if you do purchase a product then the cost of the kit will be refunded to you. All kits come complete will full instructions on capturing the best possible print. Prints captured with our Inkless printing kits can be returned via email, fingerprint / pet nose impression kits come will need to be returned to us, in the post so we can make your jewellery. The safety way to return your prints is via Royal Mail, special delivery, which will ensure that they don’t get lost in the post.
We can send your kit directly to you or we can send your kit straight to the funeral directors. If you do choose for the kit to be sent to the funeral directors, please contact us with address details and telephone number, then we will contact them to talk them through the process of capturing the prints, although instructions will be still be sent with your kit.
If you choose to purchase your jewellery item first, then the kit will be sent out free of charge.
